First Steps

This consultation is the first step to start Mending & Sending! During this call, we will discuss your climbing/fitness background, your performance goals, and dive deep into how this injury is affecting your ability to progress. We look forward to chatting with you!

Dr. TH David
(He/Him/His) PT, DPT

Dr. TH David loves treating rock climbers and recreational athletes. After nursing many of his own climbing injuries, he became passionate about providing rock climbers with accessible, informed healthcare in a specialized environment. TH spent his early career treating climbers in the Denver and Boulder area, and is thrilled to bring accessible care to climbers in the Twin Cities.

When he’s not working, you can find TH working on his own projects outdoors or at the A, writing music, or getting out doing fun stuff with his family.
